As a key contributor to our global ride-hailing service, we are seeking an experienced Driver Operations Specialist to drive business growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining healthy supply in cities by carrying out various initiatives including customer satisfaction surveys, driver research, and survey activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will support cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and government relations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with leadership skills and at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data to solve complex operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extensive travel within India is required for this role to manage on-ground operations.

We are looking for a self-starter who can solve multiple projects simultaneously and has startup experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining healthy supply in cities
  2. Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, driver research, and survey activities
  3. Supporting cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and government relations
  4. Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions
  5. Conducting market share analysis and creating plans to improve market presence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with the ability to use data to solve complex operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
