About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in OTM implementation and supply chain management to join our team. As a key member of our design and implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and demonstrating end-to-end business scenarios, preparing project scope and functional specification documents, and conducting functional and integration testing of various application modules and custom-designed components.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand customer business processes and requirements, and analyze their feasibility with respect to OTM features and functionalities.
  2. Prepare project scope, business requirement blueprints, and various functional specification documents.
  3. Configure and demonstrate critical end-to-end business scenarios as part of Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.
  4. Assist the technical team in translating functional specifications into design specifications.
  5. Suggest innovative, cost and effort-effective solutions for addressing various non-standard business requirements.
  6. Prepare functional test cases and scenario documents.
  7. Conduct end-to-end functional and integration testing of various application modules and custom-designed components.
  8. Train end-users on application functionality and features, and assist them during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
  9. Provide go-live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving business issues.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent.
  2. At least 9 to 12 years of overall experience, with 3 to 5 years in OTM implementation/rollout and support.
  3. Proficiency in OTM design and configuration of agent workflow, rate configuration, itinerary, lanes, screen set, and master data setup.
  4. Basic understanding and experience in OTM functionality, particularly in Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement.
  5. Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and report development.
  6. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  7. Willingsness to work on-call support model.
  8. Fluency in English language (B2+ level).
