Job Title:

Solution Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) technology.

This is a remote position, but will involve occasional business travel. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configuring RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes and business requirements.
  • Supporting Solution Architects in designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validating and testing solutions, capturing user feedback and supporting data management activities.

Required Qualifications include:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Research with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher levels are desirable.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations, along with industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP. Self-directed individuals who can perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities are encouraged to apply.
