Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate with multiple BGC agencies.
  • Work efficiently with VMS and Beeline tools.
  • Set up new client accounts and complete onboarding activities.
  • Expedite background verification by following up with candidates and agencies.
  • Participate in client calls for audits and background check requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or background verification.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
