About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our team in drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation. This role supports US-based staffing, background verification, and related business processes. The position is fully remote but requires working night shifts aligned with US hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and finalize RFE responses in clear, professional language.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Communications, Business, or a related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.

Work Environment

  • Shift Timing: Night shift, aligned with US business hours.
  • Mode: 100% Remote (must have reliable internet, laptop, and a quiet workspace/area).
