About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Garage Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by allocating bookings to our network of garages.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers regarding booking rescheduling, while frequently checking garage availability to support customer needs. Additionally, you will provide timely updates to customers and flag any issues with garages for our Account Management team.

Work Schedule
