We're seeking a skilled and data-driven professional to lead end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of changes on user behavior and business outcomes.\
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.\
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on web analytics best practices and tools.\
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in web analytics.\
  • Communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\
  • Collaborate with data scientists to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and machine learning.\
  • Manage and maintain large datasets, including data cleaning, processing, and storage.\
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.\
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.\
  • Participate in planning and executing analytics-related projects and initiatives.\
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion.\
  • Develop and maintain documentation for analytics processes, tools, and procedures.\
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements through analytics-driven decision making.\
