Software Engineer Position

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and supporting existing systems.

You will be working with a team of hardworking and creative developers, providing you with opportunities to grow professionally and refine your skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.
  • The ideal candidate must have good experience working in Angular Framework or ReactJS.
  • The role involves developing, testing, and delivering clean, secure, production-ready code.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is essential.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team is crucial.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with project managers and web team members are necessary.
  • Maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design is expected.
  • The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 – 5+ years of relevant experience in React JS is preferred.
  • Strong user interface programming skills using JavaScript, ES6, HTML, CSS, preferably with pre-processors such as SASS / LESS are desired.
  • A strong understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards is required.
  • Experience with ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, etc., is highly valued.
  • Testing skills including unit testing, cross-browser testing tools, and debugging tools are desirable.
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript test frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine, Jest is an asset.
  • Knowledge of tools like GitHub, Jenkins is beneficial.
  • Expertise in developing web/mobile apps with responsive/adaptive design and progressive enhancement is highly valued.
  • An understanding of all major browsers and their quirks is essential.
  • A strong design sense and knowledge of how product design affects UI/UX is desired.
  • Exceptional defect analysis, triaging, and fixing skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Experience in Node JS and PHP is an added advantage.
