Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in data security solutions, specifically focusing on enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems. As a key member of our Security Technology Services group, you will oversee the configuration and maintenance of DLP environments in a global, heterogeneous setting.

Your primary responsibilities will include helping translate business requirements into secure data configurations using our technical capabilities. You will also participate in developing and administering Data Access Governance programs, as well as mentoring junior analysts on the team.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in leading data security solutions with a focus on DLP. You will work closely with internal customers, stakeholders, and support teams across various levels within the organization, including Legal, Data Protection, IT Operations, and Engineering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Configuring DLP tools, including policies, upgrades, and patches
  • Working with vendors to support different security technologies
  • Collaborating with the Monitor & Response team to analyze alerts and tune system configurations
  • Understanding and following incident response processes through event escalations
  • Communicating effectively with Senior-level stakeholders (Risk Management, Compliance, & Data Protection)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of security controls: data classification, data labeling, and data loss
  • 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology support and event handling
  • Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk, & Compliance
  • Supporting Information Security Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
