Job Title: Business Resolution Expert

At the core of this role lies the responsibility to manage mid-market and emerging large corporates, navigating their financial complexities with precision.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing borrower accounts, conducting regular follow-ups, and maintaining updates on account developments.
  • Advising borrowers in turnaround situations, developing sustainable business plans, and participating in rehabilitation packages.
  • Managing stressed assets by interacting with companies, monitoring performance, adhering to terms, and conducting site visits.
  • Monitoring exposures to enable proactive action, reviewing credit files, financials, security documentation, and current status.
  • Designing early warning triggers for allocated accounts, monitoring portfolio performance, and tracking economic cycles and industries affecting assets.
  • Formulating recovery strategies post-factoring legal options.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with various industries and a strong understanding of entity financials through credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring, as well as applicable laws including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, and contract laws.
  • Satisfactory note-making skills and strong written and spoken communication.
  • 5-7 years of experience in banking, asset recovery companies, or Big 4 consultancy firms.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institute.
