We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead our data migration projects.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA. With 4-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing robust technical migration solutions and creating comprehensive data migration programs.

  • Technical Solutioning and Design: Develop technical migration solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Data Migration Strategies: Create data migration programs that ensure accurate and efficient data conversion.
  • Legacy to Source Mapping: Provide detailed legacy to source mapping, define rules for extraction at master and transaction data.
  • Data Transformation and Load: Perform data mapping of source to target data sets, identify and record data conversion requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrating Data from Legacy Systems: Ensure accurate and efficient data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Developing Technical Designs: Create technical designs for data migration projects, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements.
  • Ensuring Data Quality: Maintain high-quality data throughout the migration process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-10 years of experience in data migration, ETL design, and SAP Data services.
  • Hands-on experience with migration tools like LTMC, LTMOM.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
