About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least 6-12 years of experience in the field of credit risk modeling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of concepts related to default and recovery rate modeling, including roll rate analysis, periodic default rates, statistical methods, and regression models.

The role involves independently leading and managing consulting engagements, designing and monitoring detailed project plans, and directly reporting to business unit leaders. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and mentoring initiatives to expand and upskill the execution and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage consulting engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, insurance companies, and corporates.
  • Design and monitor detailed project plans for assigned engagements.
  • Directly report and provide detailed updates to business unit leaders for all assigned engagements.
  • Hire and mentor talent to expand and upskill the execution and delivery team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

  • At least 6-12 years of experience in credit risk modeling.
  • A deep understanding of IFRS 9, ECL computation, and credit risk modeling.
  • Experience with statistical methods, including regression models.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
