Technical Lead

At the heart of our organization, we're seeking an exceptional Genesys PureConnect expert to spearhead our team's operations. This is a pivotal role that requires seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge in optimizing and maintaining complex systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain large-scale Genesys PureConnect environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize project objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys PureConnect, including advanced troubleshooting, support, and maintenance skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL database management and relational database concepts.
  • Prior experience with Genesys PureConnect implementation and optimization highly valued.
