">About the Position">- This is a full-time faculty role with opportunities for growth and development in teaching, research, and service.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Literature, Linguistics, Communicative English & Language, with a focus on holistic education.
- PhD awarded in a relevant field.
- UGC Net qualification (essential) or enrolled for Ph.D.
- Previous experience in teaching and research, preferably in Language & Literature.
- A competitive salary package reflecting industry standards.
- An incentive structure motivating Faculty members to engage in research activities.
- INR 1,00,000 for each SCI Q1 Journal publication.
- INR 75,000 for each SCI Q2 Journal publication.
- INR 50,000 for other journal publications.
- INR 20,000 for Unpaid Scopus or Web of Science journals.
- INR 25,000 for Patent Publication.
- INR 1,00,000 for Patent Grant.
