Lab Operations Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lab Operations Consultant to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of laboratory operations and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the discovery, planning and monitoring of laboratory operations projects.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in laboratory operations consulting and implementation of enterprise laboratory informatics systems.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory specific Pharma and Life Sciences domain, with working knowledge of regulatory expectations.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
