Establish a leading fundraising strategy for a rapidly expanding education platform.

About the Role:

We seek an experienced professional to lead our Series A fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising & Valuation Specialist, you will drive this critical phase of growth by collaborating with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas) to secure significant funding.
  • Create compelling investor decks, financial projections, and due diligence materials to showcase our EdTech brand's potential.
  • Oversee compliance, deal structuring, and investor relations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Foster strong communication with the CEO to align on investment strategies and negotiate deals effectively.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • A proven track record of raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Bonus points for experience in EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors.
