Creative Visual Content Developer

Crafting compelling narratives is at the heart of this role. As a Visual Storyteller, you will play a key part in developing visually appealing content across multiple channels.
From digital to print and event touchpoints, your work will shape our brand identity and ensure design consistency across all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for website content.
- Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles for blog & long-form content.
- Develop visually appealing email templates for emails.
- Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events for print & event collateral.
- Build sleek presentations for pitch decks.
- Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content for video editing & motion design.
- Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels for brand consistency.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in designing for marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
- Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
- Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
- Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
- Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Nice to Have:
- Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
- Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
