Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all levels of testing, including system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Design and develop functional test scripts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support test planning, reporting, and recommendations, ensuring timely resolution of defects.
  • Design and maintain Test Plan and Reporting documentations, tracking software test results and defects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate product functionality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Overall 5 to 8 years of working experience, including three to four years as a test engineer.
  • Experience in E2E testing, good understanding of manual & automation testing.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Cucumber to test dynamic content.
  • Proven track record in automating tests for dynamic web applications, ensuring robustness and reliability in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Proficient Knowledge of testing related metrics and standard practices.
  • Proficient at handling multiple projects/priorities.
