Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing reports using Power BI and Google Sheets.

Your expertise in database management, predictive analytics, and dashboard creation will enable you to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall performance of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and develop automated reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Database Management: Manage database structures in MySQL and SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data.
  • Dashboard Creation and Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau, integrating various data sources to build interactive dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or computer science.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS product-based company.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Google Sheets, and AWS S3.
  • Strong understanding of database structure, data analytics, and predictive analytics.
