Lead Service Designer

The role of Lead Service Designer involves creating and testing new service propositions through cross-functional collaboration with business, technology, and product teams.

A successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and possess excellent communication and presentation abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering the competitive landscape, owning research methodology, and demonstrating expertise in systems thinking and ecosystem creation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Uncovering market fit for new propositions
  • Owning research methodology and user facilitation
  • Demonstrating systems thinking and ecosystem creation
  • Challenging assumptions with behavioural insight and design expertise
  • Conducting concept and proposition validation
  • Providing vision and direction to the team
  • Working with product teams to plan and prioritise features

This is an opportunity to work closely with technical teams, push boundaries, and create something differentiated in the market.

We are seeking a pro-active individual with excellent organisational and time management skills, who can iterate and pivot quickly. Experience with blockchain, lean startup methodologies, and UX/UI design capabilities is a plus.

Requirements
