Organizational Change Management Professional">

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support our strategic business transformation initiatives. As an OCM consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive effective adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts across the organization.

This role requires close collaboration with leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to minimize resistance, enhance engagement, and ensure sustainable change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to support organizational initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or similar roles is required.

You should have strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, Kotter's Model, or equivalent). Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in PROSCI, CCMP, PMP, or Agile are a plus. Experience in technology-driven change initiatives, such as ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc., would be advantageous. Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure adoption and business impact are also desirable.
