Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of hotel reservations, including managing the central reservation system, creating and maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls, convert inquiries into bookings, and meet revenue targets.
  • Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and more.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, update advance payments, and balance receivable.
  • Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions.
  • Participate in social media travel groups to generate leads and engage with prospective customers.
  • Schedule client visits, coordinate site visits, and maintain inquiry records.
  • Prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules and share with operations teams for site preparation.
  • Collect and maintain customer information databases, contact details, and track balance payments receivable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels).
  • Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Daily reporting at our office location.
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
  • Weekly offs on any day between Monday - Thursday.
