As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the infrastructure is highly available, secure, and performs optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and implement an infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments (e.g., cloud migrations) with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for infrastructure security and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks, resolving incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts, recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, leadership and team management capabilities, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and project management abilities, familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
