We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to work on various functions including Audit, Accounts, Tax, MIS, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and be pursuing or completed degree in the same field. Strong technical skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management
