Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IP networking and experience with network configurations, automated and manual test plans, and network troubleshooting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test IP networking related software product to ensure it operates as defined by requirements
  • Build network configurations to model well-optimized network reference designs
  • Plan, develop and execute automated and manual test plans
  • Provide constructive feedback, report issues and interact with developers to deliver superior product quality
  • Review requirements from the Product Management team
  • Utilize available network troubleshooting tools, including network packet captures, monitoring devices, log files, and customer input to facilitate effective issue resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge on Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies by either validating or deploying related networking products
  • Hands-on experience with at least one popular Networking Operating Systems such as NXOS, IOS, EOS, JunOS and SONiC
  • Solid understanding on popular clos based Data Center networks architecture such as 3-stage and 5-stage
  • Expert understanding of protocols used in Data Center networks such as VXLAN, and MP-BGP
  • Hands on Python programming
  • Good understanding of Linux-based systems and network troubleshooting tools
  • Quality focused personality with a strong interest in finding product and interaction limitations
  • Minimum 7y+ of experience
