Job Description

We are seeking a senior specialist to support and enhance electronic data interchange processes across our enterprise systems.

This role focuses on ensuring seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors, and internal business applications while maintaining compliance and high standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities include administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).

The successful candidate will also manage the onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.

Additionally, they will collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments is essential, as is familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices is also desirable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role may include:

  • Reducing EDI transaction errors by 30%
  • Increasing trading partner onboarding efficiency by 25%
  • Improving overall EDI system uptime by 99%
