Senior Salesforce Developer Opportunity

This is a high-performing opportunity to work as a Senior Salesforce Developer, building and enhancing multiple aspects of the Salesforce Lightning platform. The role involves collaborating with business partners, stakeholders, and team members to deliver solutions that enable the strategic business vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement high-risk and/or high-complexity modules.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish requirements and implement overall project plans and solution designs.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
  • Define and ensure adherence to standards and guidelines and on-time delivery of team deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on experience in coding and designing applications.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce configuration, development, and/or administration experience.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile execution frameworks and tools.
  • Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
