We're looking for an analyst who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

Your Role:

  • Collect, clean and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources (social media platforms, campaign reports, etc.).
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through quality assurance checks and best practices.

You'll have

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics experience is a plus).
  • Excellent MS Excel, MSPowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
