**Lead Architect Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Architect to join our organization. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on lead architect roles. They will be responsible for directing and coordinating architectural efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.

  • Project Leadership: Direct and coordinate architectural efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with land acquisition teams to assess project feasibility and prepare test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work alongside sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams.
  • Consultant Review: Critically evaluate and provide feedback on consultant deliverables throughout project development.
  • Standards Compliance: Support planning, design, and implementation activities according to established standards and protocols.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine design concepts.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
  • Design Solutions: Address design challenges proactively and offer solutions to construction teams.
  • Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in real estate design management.
