Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Software Asset Management to lead the design and implementation of SAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Deep and demonstrable expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and architectural expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically tailored for hardware assets.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective SAM solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
