Sales Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a sales leader responsible for leading our sales team in a designated territory. As a sales professional with experience in sales leadership or management, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting realistic sales targets, monitoring team performance, and motivating members to exceed these targets. You will also be required to collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management, as well as travel within your assigned area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly. You will also need to be proficient in using sales management tools and software, as well as have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team in a designated territory
  • Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to clients within your assigned territory to promote company offerings
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
