Job Title: Technical Lead - Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team as a Project Management Lead. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to identify and mitigate risks, and to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering sessions, stand-ups, and meetings with business representatives to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Document requirements, program functions, data quality reports, and analysis to ensure project visibility and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate and support production issues and fixes while delivering on pre-aligned agendas for the sprint.
  • Scope and manage projects in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, responding calmly and rationally to changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Work closely with Cloud engineering teams in India and the US to deliver cloud services within existing finance applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the cloud enablement project, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including business partners, management, and delivery teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological and process developments, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in cloud enablement and solution evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-10 years of technical experience in enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, migrations, and technology management.
  • 2+ years of technology industry experience with the ability to contribute to end-to-end delivery and solutions using AWS and other cloud technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and technology engagements end-to-end with projects in multiple locations.
  • Working understanding of AWS services (IAM, ECS, Cloud Formation, etc.), cloud architecture, infrastructure scaling, and large-scale cloud environments and networking.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building strong relationships, and trust throughout the organization, including with senior leadership.
  • Experience building and using dashboards to drive decisions and view technical environments as desired.
  • Well-organized project skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets, JIRA boards, and ticket queues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise independently with senior US counterparts on various business cases.
  • Proven experience dealing with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Cloud certifications.
  • PMP certification.
