Medical Equipment Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the procurement lifecycle for medical equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition. This role requires strong knowledge of medical equipment and procurement best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual expectations.
    • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and procurement policies.
    • Conduct market research to identify high-quality and cost-effective suppliers.
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand equipment needs and procurement timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement or consulting role, preferably in the medical equipment sector.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to drive informed procurement decisions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical procurement (local and international standards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
