  • Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Payment Experience, including monitoring payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily reconciliation of bank account transactions.
  • Reconciliations of debit transactions with bank statements and internal systems and follow-up with banks and internal stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
  • Solving payment issues of customers with internal (Product and Tech Team) and external stakeholders (PG and Banks).
  • Monitoring 24*7 payment success rates across banks, payment gateways, and partners and continually improving the same through operational initiatives.
  • Ad hoc requests related to banking operations.
  • Account opening and API setup for various business requirements.
