Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Design Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), electrical engineering, and product design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of general layout (GA) drawings for process equipment
  • Create BOMs for procurement & fabrication
  • Drawing revision as per manufacturing & customer feedback
  • Create 2D and 3D models of process equipment using CAD tools
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and manufacturing personnel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with software such as Auto-CAD and Solid edge
  • Arrangement (GA) drawing and The ability to create general detailed fabrication drawings essential
  • Prepares detailed material take-offs on projects based upon drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience of drawing presentation, critical dimensioning, view presentations, and parts list preparation
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes like laser cutting, bending, welding, basic machining
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience on advance assemblies and layouts with GD&T, surface finishes, welding details, and engineering notes
  • Working knowledge of SAP system (Better to have)
  • Experience in making GA layouts will be an added advantage
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in Solid edge
  • Quick learner and adapt existing systems
