Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the clinical aspects of projects, ensuring quality delivery and managing clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, contributing to risk mitigation plans and managing clinical risks, evaluating and ensuring clinical quality delivery, and identifying and managing clinical stakeholder landscapes for projects through effective communication and resolution management.

Additionally, they will collaborate with the clinical team to support milestone achievements, report to internal and external stakeholders as required, and resourcing and talent planning of the clinical team to deliver high-quality operational plans and guidance.

  • Meet project recruitment targets by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
  • Evaluate and ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying standards/requirements, planning compliance measurement, monitoring, and management of quality issues.
  • Manage clinical aspects of Project Finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Identify and manage clinical stakeholder landscapes for projects through effective communication and resolution management.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support milestone achievements and report to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Resourcing and talent planning of the clinical team to deliver high-quality operational plans and guidance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Unblinded Monitoring experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Clinical Research industry and relevant environments.
  • Basic understanding of project finances.
