Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, and entity relationships.

  • Design and configure scalable customer data models using Data Streams and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
  • Implement Identity Resolution for unified customer profiles and Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations for analytics and personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
