Job Title: Splunk Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Splunk Developer to join our team on a long-term contract.

  • Design, develop, and implement dashboards, alerts, and reports in Splunk to support monitoring, alerting, and advanced analytics.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing queries, data ingestion processes, and indexing strategies for high-performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to log ingestion, parsing, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing dashboards, alerts, and reports in Splunk. They will also optimize and fine-tune existing queries, data ingestion processes, and indexing strategies to ensure high-performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–7 years of hands-on experience as a Splunk Developer/Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, SPL (Search Processing Language), and data onboarding.
  • Experience with building custom dashboards, alerts, and visualizations.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate them into business insights.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security monitoring, SIEM, and IT operations use cases is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
