About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and drive sales growth
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
