Job Opportunity

As a seasoned investment professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's insurance business forward. You will work closely with existing relationship managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They are also knowledgeable about insurance products and services, and have a proven track record of success in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with relationship managers to drive the insurance business
  • Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the line of business overall targets
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Client Consultation:
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations
  • Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the system
  • Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
