We are in search of exceptional Unreal Engine Developers to join our team, including Blueprint Engineers, Level Designers, Programmers, and Game Designers. These roles are integral to our mission, enabling us to weave together landscapes and interiors that are not only visually captivating but rich in narrative and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• For Blueprint Engineers:
• Develop intricate gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and interactive features using Unreal Engine's visual scripting system, Blueprints.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the design and programming teams to transform game concepts into engaging player experiences.

• For Level Designers:
• Craft engaging and immersive game levels, focusing on innovative layout, aesthetic appeal, gameplay mechanics, and AI integration.
• Work closely with artists, programmers, and designers to ensure a cohesive and compelling game environment.
• Iterate on level designs based on player feedback to fine-tune engagement and performance.

• For Programmers:
• Produce well-documented, efficient code in C++, C#, or other applicable programming languages for custom AR and VR experiences.
• Design user interfaces and interactions that cater to all user levels, enhancing the usability and accessibility of our virtual worlds.
• Identify, document, and resolve bugs using standard source control and issue-tracking systems.

• For Game Designers:
• Conceive and develop overarching game concepts, narratives, and mechanics that make our virtual worlds resonate with players.
• Collaborate with all development teams to ensure the game vision is realized in every aspect of the project, from level design to gameplay mechanics.
• Create game levels that are not only visually appealing but also rich in story, challenge, and innovation, offering players a captivating experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of significant experience with Unreal Engine in relevant roles.
• Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D concepts, with adept skills in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly in C++.
• Proven experience with AR and VR technologies, including familiarity with relevant hardware, software, and design patterns.
• Expertise in game engine concepts, such as lighting, shaders, materials, meshes, and scripting, with a strong track record of collaborative development.
• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive knowledge in 3D Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Game Engine Development, AR Development, Immersive Technology, Mixed Reality, and VR Development.
