Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Complete QA responsibility as defined by QA manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with guidelines and customer requirements.

  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure alignment with industry trends and proper documentation and tracking of issues.

  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.

  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain. Print media experience is a positive attribute.
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages like Asian Languages and European languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
