Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables and team growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Gyrus' product strategy.
- Analyze, define, and document detailed business and technical requirements for new features and system improvements.
- Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in our LMS offering, keeping compliance and scalability in mind.
- Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all solutions meet both business and technical needs.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and other documentation required for the design and development phases.
- Work closely with developers and the QA team during the implementation of new features, ensuring business requirements are translated into accurate technical solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support teams with product validation, including robust validation plans for compliance.
- Stay updated on LMS industry trends and best practices, providing insights that help shape Gyrus' product roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS, LMS, or compliance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and familiarity with API architecture is a plus.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
