Job Title: Financial Analyst - Controller & Finance Executive

As a seasoned Financial Analyst - Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial analysis, revenue, and collection processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure complete control over reporting of financial and non-financial metrics.

About the Role:

This role is uniquely positioned to provide a holistic view of major streams of revenue and receivable reporting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of finance processes and corporate functions. They will also collaborate with large sets of stakeholders, including Bizfin Leaders, Auditors, Product Teams, and Tech Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple marketplace revenue streams
• Learn and track end-to-end process of platform-related GMV and associated revenue
• Keep a close watch on receivables and work hand-in-hand with biz to drive collections
• Monitor and prepare various business MISs to give a concise view of revenue and respective receivables of business units
• Work closely with statutory and internal auditors to close audit requirements
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to enable new business streams and impact analysis of same

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:
  • A semi-qualified CA with 4-6 years of experience
  • Knowledge of applicable taxes (TDS, GST) compliances on revenue and receivable
  • Experience in working with Oracle (preferable)
  • Analytical rigor and deep-diving mindset
  • Lucid thinking and crisp communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
