Cloud Architect - Presales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to join our team as a Presales Expert. In this role, you will work closely with our account teams to qualify and scope requirements, design and architect solutions, and lead the delivery of AWS cloud projects.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong technical expertise in cloud architecture and presales support. As a Cloud Architect - Presales Expert, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customer-specific solutions, pre-sales support for sales teams, and acting as a trusted advisor for our partners and customers regarding multi-cloud solutions architecture and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Design and present customer-specific solutions and standard services made available from globally distributed delivery teams.
  • Pre-sales support for sales teams, including positioning of cloud solutions, pre-sales qualification, and opportunity identification.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our partners and customers regarding multi-cloud solutions architecture and delivery, with a focus on AWS.
  • Lead and QA project delivery and cloud assessments, ensuring that customer satisfaction and communication are maintained, and project milestones are met.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of IT experience in consultancy or in-house role.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pre-sales role, as well as with AWS.
  • Assessment & Deployment, and end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions, with a focus on AWS.
  • Experience in developing migration plans, SoWs, and/or project deliverables, and knowledge of multiple migration tools.
