Job Overview:

We are seeking an individual to fill a Call Center Executive Outbound position, responsible for interacting with customers through outbound calls.

This role requires a courteous and friendly demeanor when communicating with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in the local language and be proficient in reading and writing English as well as their native language.

A strong computer knowledge is also necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Building positive relationships with customers to enhance our company's image
  • Providing excellent customer service through effective communication
  • Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years old and up to 35 years old

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English and the native language
  • Strong computer knowledge
