We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to fill the roles of PTP, RTR, and OTC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accounts Payable processes and a strong analytical mindset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and non-PO transactions, managing payment processing and banking, resolving vendor queries, processing employee expenses, reconciling statements, clearing vendors, and generating monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:- PTP:
- Process invoices and non-PO transactions with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage payment processing and banking services effectively.
- Resolve vendor queries promptly and efficiently.
- Process employee expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile statements and identify discrepancies.
- Clear vendors and manage relationships.
- Generate monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
- Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy.
- Follow documented procedures and understand client processes.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- OTC:
- Apply cash and allocate funds effectively.
- Understand credit management principles and practices.
- Manage credit insurance and follow-ups.
- Forecast cash flows and make informed decisions.
- Approve orders and ensure timely delivery.
- RTR:
- Process journal entries and reconcile balance sheets.
- Complete month-end tasks and reporting.
- Manage fixed assets and inventory.
- Execute standard costing and ensure accuracy.
- Commerce graduates (BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom) with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- 1-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Skills in PTP/RTR/OTC and a strong understanding of business operations.
- Immediate joiners or those who can join within 30 days.
- Flexibility for UK shifts or night shifts.
