We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong proficiency in Python and intermediate SQL skills. The ideal candidate will have experience building, deploying, and evaluating ML/NLP/GenAI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable data science products using Python and SQL.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build impactful data science solutions.
  • Plan, prototype, produce, maintain, and document reliable and scalable data science products.
  • Apply knowledge of data science tools and approaches across all data lifecycle stages.
  • Develop and maintain thorough understanding of mathematical foundations of statistics and machine learning.
  • Design and analyze experiments using statistical methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and ML.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex tasks into implementation strategies.
  • Software engineering best practices, including testing and OOP.
  • Cloud system design and deployment experience, especially Azure preferred.
  • Traditional ML perspective with understanding of mathematical optimizers and parameter selection.
  • Experience working closely with data scientists, engineers, managers, and business partners.
  • Development experience in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Advanced SQL knowledge.
