Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team.


About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for architecting systems, driving best practices, and leading by example. You will take the lead on microservices, system integrations, and performance-critical APIs while collaborating across teams to bring solutions to life.


The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
  • Expert knowledge of Python and at least one framework (e.g., Django, Flask)
  • Familiarity with ORM libraries and server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of multi-threading, multi-process, and event-driven programming
  • Proficient in user authentication, authorization, and security compliance
