Telecalling Opportunity

At our organization, we seek a driven Telecaller who will excel at promoting software products and services via outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Make targeted calls to introduce and promote software solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the features and benefits of software.
  • Generate qualified leads, identify potential opportunities, and facilitate appointments for the sales team.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information about software and services, and address doubts in a professional manner.
  • Follow up with interested parties to drive conversions and achieve business objectives.
  • Accurately maintain and update databases containing customer interactions and key details.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles or software is advantageous.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
